Baccarat x Pokemon collab
On November 8, 2021, French crystal brand Baccarat announced the Pokemon collection of “Baccarat x Pokémon” to commemorate the 25th anniversary of “Pokemon”. There are three types of products, “Baccarat Pokemon Collection Pikachu by fragment design” (hereinafter, “Pikachu by fragment design”), “Baccarat Pokemon Collection Pikachu”, and “Baccarat Pokemon Collection Monster Ball”, and the prices are 3.08 million yen and 55,000 yen, respectively. ， 49,500 yen (tax included).
Pikachu by fragment design is only available at Baccarat stores in Tokyo (Marunouchi), Paris, New York, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The other two products are available at the above-mentioned directly managed stores and EC sites.
As you can see from the price, the highlight is Pikachu by fragment design, which was designed by music producer Hiroshi Fujiwara, who presides over fragment design, by reinterpreting Pikachu for Baccarat. This product, which has a large size of 30 cm in height, has a serial number, and is limited to 25 items in the world, is made by condensing Baccarat’s original advanced craftsmanship, and Pikachu is expressed in a polyhedron. It is said to be a “special object for enthusiastic collectors” with a lightning bolt logo engraved on it.
